CARE CREDIT
Scripted Testimonials Agency: Rauxa Role: Associate Creative Director The Challenge: CareCredit is a health care-focused credit card that people can use to pay for things not covered by health insurance, like dental, veterinarian, and LASIK. The client wanted a series of customer testimonials. The Solution: Instead of doing the cliched format of a single person talking to camera, I mixed things up. A duo recalling a shared experience felt like a more human way of conveying the brand messaging. So I crafted a series of vignettes with different pairs (best friends, father/daughter, etc) recalling what happened when one of them needed to use CareCredit, all based on true customer stories. I created, wrote and produced all the videos. |
