The Brief:
Suzy – a consumer insights platform – needed to shed its startup identity and evolve into a mature, AI-driven brand that enterprise buyers could understand, trust, and bet their research budget on.
The Solution:
I led a full rebrand, shaping the brand identity, product campaigns, and content strategy while directing a team of outside agency partners (Territorial/design, Polyform/website, SocialQ/animation). The unlock was creating an original brand voice that could cut through the B2B noise: bold and confident without tipping into arrogance or condescension. The result: a sharper editorial identity and a more sophisticated visual system – the latter earning a 2026 Silver Graphis Award.

What came next...
After the rebrand, I expanded the voice and visual system across campaigns, product marketing, social, and digital – integrating AI tools into the creative workflow. The challenge: giving each new sub-brand its own distinct personality and energy without losing the coherence of the parent brand.
SIGNALS
Conceived and led the “Spot what’s next. Get there first.” campaign for Suzy’s most forward-looking product, Signals – shaping the product positioning, campaign voice, and creative system alongside Territorial. The goal: make complex trend intelligence feel both simple and powerful via bold motion, directional graphics, and commanding editorial copy.
STORIES
Conceived, wrote, and produced the “Data doesn’t drive action. Stories do.” campaign – positioning the new product, Stories, as Suzy's narrative engine for turning raw research into compelling presentations, decks, and infographics. The creative approach leaned cinematic and human, reframing research from static data into something teams could rally around.
SPEAKS
Conceived and executed the "Small talk leads to big impact." campaign for Speaks – leaning into warmth and accessibility in the messaging and creative to match the product's AI-moderated, conversational nature. Collaborated with SocialQ on branding and motion graphics.
