Tech-based Consumer Insights Role: In-house Creative Director Suzy is a cutting-edge consumer insights and technology company that develops AI products to conduct market research. The Challenge: Take a company that was operating in startup mode with products and marketing from a pre-AI era and transform it into a mature, sophisticated company designed for the age of AI. The Solution: As Suzy's Creative Director, I spearheaded the rebranding, which included a new look with a more sophisticated use of color and a new brand voice with edge and energy. We revamped the website and produced all-new marketing materials for a suite of AI-focused products. I supervised and collaborated with multiple outside agencies, including Territorial (branding/design), Polyform (website), and SocialQ (animation), plus ran an in-house team of marketers, designers, creators, editors, etc. To maximize efficiency, I incorporated a range of AI tools into our creative workflows. Plus, I conceived the marketing campaigns, produced assets and wrote copy and scripts across social media, video, sales decks, live events, email, etc. |

Speed of Culture Live
Based on the company's The Speed of Culture Podcast, this live activation took place on September 18, 2024 at Marquee New York. The daylong event featured panels with superstar C-suiters and branding biggies (Chief Brand Officer of e.l.f., CMO of DoorDassh, Chief Design Officer of Pepsi, etc.). I oversaw all creative for the event, supervising designers and handling all writing and creative production including signage, digital displays, videos, emails, social, etc.
Marketing Campaigns
We launched marketing campaigns for a range of tech products. I created the concepts, wrote the taglines, and produced the assets.
SUZY SPEAKS: for these surveys where an AI moderator chats with respondents in engaging conversations, I created a "Small talk leads to big insights" campaign. BIOTIC: this tech keeps bots and AI-powered fraud out of your data, so I created a Ghostbusters-inspired "Stop the bots" campaign. AI BOOST: our AI helps you quickly sift through reams of data to find that hidden nugget of gold, so I created a "Needle. Haystack. Found." campaign. |

Company Rebranding
The rebranding covered the complete range of touchpoints: website, brand guide, social media, etc. The company sales deck got a refresh with bolder, edgier copy and a more sophisticated design. The company's podcast, The Speed of Culture, also got a refresh of all branding and materials.
